So Friday was probably the best day ever... i know i keep saying that haha but really, it was just such such an amazing, unique day! and i know i will never be able to repeat it! it was the perfect last day with lindsay too, we kept on saying how glad we were that we spent her last day at the RSVP event because it was CRAZY!!so i have been dreading the blog post for this event because i don't know how to describe how absolutely amazing it was and the magnitude of how much fun Edwin, Lindsay, and I had... i will never ever forget this day!! and we learned so much too! but seriously, Edwin, Lindsay and I have never had so much fun together and they were the perfect people to spend the day at this event.
So friday after LIndsay and I's banana chocolate room breakfast, we met up with Edwin to attend the RVSP event at the convention center in Darling Harbor. So this RVSP event is the biggest event expo in sydney (http://sydney.rsvpevent.com.au/) and occurs i think once a year.... all these different event planners, catering companies, marketing agencies, party services etc. come and set up booths and its a free event! you just have to register! so we went there expecting just a few booths with event planners info, but wow was i shocked with what i saw!! there were endless and endless rows of booths that were so extravagantly decorated... and sooo much free stuff!! 
we went up to every booth and talked to so many amazing people (and they scan your name tag so that they can send further info to you)... Edwin's job when he returns home is in the event planning business, and lindsay does graphic design, so this was their type of event, but i loved it too!! Edwin does event planning on wall street for investment banking (way to cool for words i know), but anyways, so we picked up like every piece of info, and the free food!! omg i cannot tell you how many macaroons we had! and i had been craving them!! i had a raspberry, a sea salt chocolate, and get ready... a rose one!! (rose is my all time fav and i have been wanting to go buy one at this cafe up by the rocks but they dont always have the flavor but today i got one!!! i dieeeddd haha) 
and we got chocolate covered strawberries, mint chocolate cupcakes, 
chocolates, chocolates, imax movie theatre popcorn (i went back for seconds on that one!! haha we got huge containers of the popcorn too!) and we had this amazing trout with sundried tomato and rocket (arugala)
, and wine of course, and cheeses, and more sweets, and more food.... oh my gosh we were dying hahaha and of course lindsay and edwin are the perfect people for this because us three are ALL about the free food! hahah and we went to every catering service booth hahaha having sooo much fun! and then we had these prawns that were outstanding too
...making friends with all the people along the way.

one of our favorites was a paella stand, where we became such good friends with the guy because we went back for 7ths!! 
omg hahahah even at the end of the event we started eating all of it bc they were closing up and had so much left! it was a fish paella and was in a GIANT pan, it was crazily delicious! and then at 2:30 we got into this Champagne event and got free champagne!! i think thats why we had so much fun afterwards too hahaha we all dranks like 5 glasses bhahaha 
and then went back very giddy to find even more free food haha making best friends with Emma and Victor and another girl (we bonded over our dislike for olives, but apparently i like them that day! hahah) and i think we were the last ones to leave (it ended at 5pm and we got there at like 12!)

and then after we went and got more drinks over looking the city skyline in darling harbor, then stumbled back home to get ready to go out!!!
