Saturday Morning: who knew Turkish food was so good!?

Saturday morning i woke up kinda early (no one was awake yet haha) so i thought i would go walk around my favorite area: The Rocks ... the area up by Sydney Harbor Bridge. Every weekend they have markets there all day with a bunch of cute jewelry stands, little trinkets, food, etc... i walked around there for awhile, going into this honey shop where i got to taste every honey. i ended up buying a tasmanian honey, it tasted so good :)... but the best part was my breakfast! after tasting a few jams and olive oils and dukkah (this egyptian spice that goes on bread dipped in olive oil) i went to get something to eat along the row where all the restaurants have stands outside making certain food items in these huge pans! i went to this turkish stand (the ladies were totally turkish with little head veils haha) and i got a golzeme... basically its flatbread and i got it with spinach and cheese.... you get it pipping hot (my fav of course) and its huge! and they cut it up into six good pieces and then voila, masterpiece! it was soo delicious! then i sat and wrote a few cards, and then it was time to finally meet up with the sleepers :)
